Episode 44: Trauma Is Real

Published on: 8th March, 2021

No matter the time spent, or amount of training you've received while being in the field....there's no telling what your reaction(s) may be in the event of a traumatic situation....or even the effects a traumatic situation will have on you in the future, Today's episode focuses on trauma and a situation Arys found himself in a few weeks back. The episode serves as a therapy session for Arys and those who may be going through something right now, and even for those who haven't dealt with their own past traumas.

Please, remember to always take care of yourselves!

Through thoughtful conversations with friends, creatives, visionaries, and voices from all walks of life, Arys explores the stories that shape us — past, present, and in the making. At the heart of every conversation are two defining questions:
"Who" are you? ...and "How" did you become the person you are today?
